Hi Chris, great Article, I learned a lot! but when I learn I always get more question.

So I have an idea I want to validate, and I would like to check the pains and personas to focus on them, but I am not sure if I have to ask only behavioral questions or also I should show them the product (I have an app prototype) even if it’s in such an early stage. What do you recommend?

      Hi Jesus,
It depends what you want to focus on. If you really don’t have much information about their behaviour you could focus on that (otherwise what is the prototype based on?). If you want some initial insight on usability then by all means show them the prototype.
